This picture is actually already out of date -- we've already removed the tiki umbrellas and tables and replaced them with newer, nicer ones (thanks, J.P.) -- but this shows you the nice new color of the buildings, and the new railings on the catwalks. Again, this picture is out of date -- we don't yet have pictures of the new tables and chairs, new umbrellas, or the new awning. But you can see the new paint job, as well as the new railings, and see how lush our foliage is looking. This is the view you get when you're walking back across the bridge from the beach. Notice the new railings on the balconies. This picture was taken shortly after we finished our kitchen and bathroom renovations. We have new blinds in the kitchen windows now, but again, this gives you an idea of what we've been doing. Here you can see the redecorated living rooms. Notice the gorgeous new window treatments that really make the place look "upscale". There are sheers that let in filtered light for those of us who love natural light, and blackout drapes that let late risers get their extra forty winks. The furniture is light in color, very tropical and Florida-y. You might also be able to tell that we have new carpets! The balcony furniture you see here has already been replaced (Thanks, J.P.!)... we'll get those pictures, and maybe some of our new artwork, up on the site soon! Those owners who have bedroom units will like this picture here -- it shows the new bedspreads & headboards in all the bedrooms. We also replaced the dressers, nightstands, and so on, and put a book nook (table with lamp and two chairs) in most of the bedrooms. Check back for more pictures, coming soon! Here's another view of the bedroom from the other side of the room. And you can't tell this from the picture, but the headboards are actually attached to the walls! No more waking yourself up in the night by banging the headboard against the wall!
